Sample Request

Your samples will be made up or purchased as soon as possible upon receipt of your requirement. Copyrighted products order will require an original license or letter of authorization. For colour authentication purposes, a PANTONE ® formula guide should be used.

Some samples may be free-of-charge, others we need to pay for. We will advise you of the sample costs, if any, shortly after receipt of your sample request. For garments, bags and soft toys we normally produce samples in available quality and colour. In case you require samples in exact quality and colour we may have to specially prepare such yardage. The costs of making special fabrics must be paid by you in advance.

Most samples are ready within 1 week if we or our suppliers carry stock or stock components.

The shipment costs of your requested sample(s) are for your own account. Please advise us of your international courier import A/C No. when you order samples.
