Please follow these steps when you wish us to source a new product for you:

Please send us your Quotation Request. It should include:

"  Detailed product description

"  Quantity

"  Colour(s)

"  Decoration (ex. print/embroidery/Nos. of colours)

"  Sizes (if applicable)

"  Preferred shipment date

2. If you can provide a sample it would be most useful

3. Alternatively, please send a photograph or a detailed drawing

4. We will provide you with a Quotation

5. If you would need Samples, please send us your Sample Request Form

(please refer to "Samples" under this section)

6. We will order and courier the Sample(s)

• Sample cost may apply

• Courier charges are always for buyer's account

7. You will approve the Sample(s)

8. You will send us your Purchase Order based on our Quotation
